Summary_
My focus has been on digital experiences. In my years of working in advertising and on the marketing side of clients, the customer journey always ended when the customer bought the product. I was finally exposed to seeing how to understand the customer journey and brand reinforcement once they began their relationship with the product. I then switched to working on the product side to understand the entire journey.
I look at products as an extension of the customer. Design is the bridge for the connection.

Created and maintained the identity for the entire company top to bottom whose clients were members of Fortune 500 and 5-Star Hotels. Items were not only designed but the client became educated as to the reasons why it is important. Worked with all levels of individuals through out the entire company. Designed all of the materials used for business development in the nature of kiosks, banners, magazine advertisements. Designed all of the interactive products such as Plus One Active™, Plus One Anywhere™, the BetterLetter, email blasts, and designing and maintaining the company site .
